Since writing this article, I have learned about the DIKW pyramid. This presents a hierarchy of concepts:

• Data
• Information
• Knowledge
• Wisdom

Rahel Anne Bailie has proposed that content should be inserted into this model, but in between data and information, whereas I had conceived of it as being in between information and knowledge.
