I will be speaking at World IA Day London 2026, an online event about information architecture. This is for anyone who works with information or cares about about how it is organised and understood.
This year’s global theme is “meaning”. My session will be about the meaning of public services.
It will be an honour to share the agenda with leading voices in information architecture including Rafaëla Ellensburg, Larry Swanson and the folks building out information architecture approaches at the Government Digital Service.
