I’ll be speaking at UX Scotland 2020
A service design approach to improving student experience
This will be a more in-depth version of the 20 minute whistle-stop tour of the user research we’ve done for the Learn Foundations project. It has been very challenging to condense this work down to 20 minutes. So I’m pleased to have been given 60 minutes to explain it more fully and at a less frenetic pace.
The session will outline the comprehensive programme of user research the University of Edinburgh’s User Experience Service conducted on behalf of the Learn Foundations project. It will show how, as the project went along, we adopted a service design approach in order to better meet the needs of both students and staff.
UX Scotland 2020 will take place between 10 and 12 June at Dynamic Earth.
I have attended UX Scotland before. It is a brilliant conference with a wide range of sessions. Whether you are new to user experience, or an expert at it, you will find something suitable for you.
